Description: In this session, participants will learn a variety of partner games that can be used for quick warm-up activities or for a fun end-of-class cool down. The activities focus on a combination of fitness and motor skills. They require little or no equipment and can be done with any size group.
Objectives: • Participants will learn a variety of partner games and activities that enhance motor skills and fitness. • Participants will learn how to develop cooperative skills through partner challenges. • Participants will learn techniques and strategies for engaging students in physical activity.
