Description: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the 2019 JCSU Health and Career Extravaganza. Results indicate that the event was a tremendous success in increasing health awareness to the JCSU and Charlotte community. Recommendations are made to further evaluate health and career fairs at among African American college students. As health fairs have been growing in prevalence the past few decades with more than 2 million people are estimated to annually participate in US community health fairs, this session will share the process from start to finish of a successful event that increased health awareness to the JCSU and Charlotte community.
